Patricia E. Dumphy MacIsaac was employed at a real estate boutique firm for two years before entering private practice in 2003.  She concentrates on all facets of real estate law, including representation of buyers and sellers, representation of lenders in purchase, refinance, reverse mortgage and home equity transactions, title review and issue resolution, issuance of title policies, representation of lenders and borrowers in foreclosure actions, including relief of stay in bankruptcy and REO sales, and representation of landlords and tenants in lease negotiation and lease enforcement.
