Ms. Nevits concentrates her practice on all aspects of real estate law, including representation of buyers and sellers, representation of lenders in purchase, refinance, reverse mortgage and home equity transactions, title review and issue resolution, issuance of title insurance policies, representation of landlords and tenants in lease negotiation and lease enforcement and representation of parties before administrative approval boards. She has also counseled and represented individual and corporate clients in all phases of civil litigation, bankruptcy matters, administrative proceedings, labor arbitration and collective bargaining.

Boston University School of Law (LL.M); Albany Law School of Union University (Juris Doctor); State University of New York at Albany (BA).
